Basics
Full name: Kashiwagi Jovbutea Tulip
Known as: Jojo, Tea, Chai, that weird goat kid, The tiny angel

Abilities: Animal Calming. They say music can calm a raging beast and we'll it can, It juat works better with goats, ram, sheep etc but probably wouldn't be effective on a angry duck, Jovbutea needs to have a mutual connection with the creature to be able to tame it, and is more fond of horned, fuzzy creatures. All this is energy is transferred through her bamboo flute. Although if push comes to shove she can activate her abilities with any instrument, as long as she maintains a steady rhythm. (( In extreme situations she can also use her hooves to maintain the rhythm))

Looks
Jovbutea is quite literally a cinnamon roll.
Her skin is the warm brown of the pastry, her eyes the sweet cinnamon, and her white patches from her vitiligo is the icing.
Our favorite sweet treat also has adorable little faun ears that are usually hidden by her nutmeg, curly hair and soft pouty lips the color of plum.
She has nubby eyebrows that only add to the innocent look of this dessert, and cute brown freckles sprinkled over her nose and cheeks.
Horns sit upon her head in a delicate manner, the glossy gray color making them seem as a nice decoration.
Around her neck she sports a sky blue lace bow, matching with her favorite outfit of meadow green overalls.
Of course as with any satry I must explain her cute fur, which is the color commonly called "Red Buck". It begins as a tuft at her navel and covers her all the way down to her little black hoofs. Attached to her little furry bottom is a stumpy white tail ((which has a hole to accommodate it in all of her clothes)) that is just as fluffy as the rest of her.
If all of this didn't make her cute enough, our little cup of tea stands at 4'2 ((4'4 if you count the horns)) and is perfect cuddling size.

Loving: When Jobo lives she loves intensely, as she sees no difference between family, friends, and romantic loves. If she cares about you then she cares about you and there is nothing that can change it. However, the downside of that is that Jovbutea will automatically assume every interaction is platonic unless you downright tell her that you have romantic feelings for her, and even then you are lucky if she doesn't think your joking. She's always trying to do what's best for those she cares about and wants their happiness more than her own.
Loyal: Jovbutea is determined to make everyone she meets life better than how she found it, even if it's just by helping them smile for the day. Own she decides that she wants to help you nothing will deter her from doing so. She gives everyone the benefit of the doubt regardless of if they have a bad reputation with others. She also refuses to spread negative information regardless of how her personal interaction with other person was, she believes that everyone should form a opinion of others on their own and not be influenced by stories and rumors.
Passionate: The only thing more important to Jovbutea than making other people happy is her music and her animals and won't let anything, and I mean anything keep them away from her.
JoJo is one that doesn't believe in giving up, if someone tells her something is too hard she will show them that she can do that and more.

Fierce: It's rare that Jovbutea doesn't like somebody but when she does it's like a oven on full broiler mode. She's not a slow steamer either, who ever has summoned her rage will know. She'll refuse to interact with them, ignore their very existance, and if it comes down to challenge them to duel (( However JoJo has a very particular way of dueling))
Not only is she willing to protect herself but others as well. She isn't afraid to take on a bad guy or two if that what it takes to keep the peace. And while Jovbutea hates violence she isn't hesitant to fight of she must. She has horns and she knows how to use them.
Her dad trained her in martial arts, and her mom trained her to survive in rough terrains, plus her size gives her a speed advantage. So she isn't as easy to overcome as she looks.
Jovbutea is the daughter of a warrior and refuses to let herself become a victim.
Past
Jovbutea was born to a strong mother and a imperial warrior. Her mother being more a nomad and her father more of one to settle down JoJo got to see her culture from both sides. She was homeschooled by her mother, and taught basic survival, and after her lessons her dad would take her on adventures, hunting animals in the woods, teaching her martial arts etc.
As she got older she began to be allowed to see where his was stationed after his missions was done. Jovbutea always felt her dad was the best, risking his safety for the sake of others, going on peace missions to other nations, fighting bad guys. He has always been her role model.
But as time went on his missions got longer, and she wasn't allowed to tag along anymore. One day while waiting for him to return home his fellow soldiers showed up instead and had to explain to the family what happened to Xashug.
Xashug had been on border control when an unknown enemy appeared, and instead of running out of view and saving himself he used his war horn to alert the army before the enemy could get close, resulting in him being noticed and murdered.
Since that day Jovbutea decided she would do whatever it took to bring the same type of loyalty and dedication to people.
She started out in her community, going to a not too far off town and adopting some goats and opening a goat farm. She learned how to make all types of dairy with goat milk and even sold the offspring when her goats reproduced.
As she watched more of the normadic tribe settle and had supplied most of her neighbors with her services she began to feel like she could do more.
It wasn't until she was in the meadow tapping her foot on the rocks below her that she began to think about music.
There was something about the rhythm of her tapping that made her feel ...more connected to the world, like she could communicate with everything in existence. Exploring this feeling she began to dance, noticing that with each substained rythnm that the local wildlife became drawn to her and was soon calmly watching her. The young faun later hurried home to tell her mother about what happened and that is when her mom explained that she must have tapped into her natural abilities.
JoJo was given a selection of instruments and allowed to pick the one that resonated with her most, resulting in her picking the bamboo flute. She enjoyed it's natural and pure tone it had to it's music.
Once she got her flute it was common for those in her village to be awake by her gentle song as she lead her goats to graze in the meadow. It was a sweet peaceful existence, but still Jovbutea felt like she could do more.
At 17 Jovbutea decided to make a wish granting service called " A cup of tea" where she went and found ways to help people out with their problems and granting their wishes, rather that wish was to learn to sing, or for a buck to finally propose to his longtime girlfriend. If Jo could help she was willing.
That's how people jokingly started calling her a "Cup of Jo" but the longer that her business lingered the more people associated her as the Tea girl which changed her nickname to "Chai" or the commonly heard "Little cup of tea".
Jo was happy that she was making such a impact but still felt like she could do more, so at age 19 she took off to nearby towns to help others. Slowly gaining more reputation as a wish granter and entertainer through her good deeds.
As Jo got comfortable enough to began venturing into small cities others had began calling her a tiny angel, showing up to answer their prayers to the gods.
Despite all this success Jo always made sure to go back home, check on her people and visit her mother.
The business went on for a while and actually still goes on, even gaining attention in bigger cities. Multiple times Jo was encouraged to go to the mainland's and make her mark there. Even ecouraged her to go to the capital and become a peace ambassador.
But Jo never felt like she was ready yet.
At age 20 Jo finally felt like joining the big leagues and opened her horizons more, making it a goal to befriend someone of every race and someone from every city.
So now at age 22 Jo goes city to city trying to get a good grip on other cultures and lifestyles so that she can better understand how to keep the unity and peace between everyone when tensions seem to be rising.
Will Jovbutea be able to achieve her goal?
Goodness she hopes so.
Ps: For those wondering, yes she does bring her goats with her.
